Ok, new update. I think this one is becoming more successful.
I'm also trying to work another image in without text (to represent the times we don't want to speak to God). Just not sure how to make it fit with all the others....
Center focus can be tricky in a compositional sense. Move the waterfall to situate it off center.
The text still needs lots of work. You are simply warping it at this point but it is still completely separate from the image. What about thinner repeating "thank you"s? Maybe flowing through the water or creeping under the rocks. Changes within the value pattern of the text would help as would working in the edges of the text to integrate it with the image.
I am a student at Ashland University, pursuing a double degree and double major with a BS in Computer Graphics and a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Spanish. I don’t really know why I decided to kill myself with the workload, but it seemed right at the time and I enjoy the classes when I am not overwhelmed... This blog will be the focus for my thoughts on my works in computer art.
